• Reframe the stories we’ve been hearing and repeating to ourselves throughout our lifetimes so that our minds can reinforce the knowing of our hearts.

This is an important step to correcting the errors that we have lived in – and for protecting ourselves from reverting to patterns from which we and our ancestors have worked so hard to break free.
